Yang Jungwon.
Yang Jungwon was born on February 9, 2004, in South Korea. He gained recognition as a contestant on the reality survival show "I-LAND," which aired in 2020. The exhibition aimed to create the next generation of K-pop artists by showcasing the talents and abilities of trainees from various entertainment companies.
Throughout the show, Jungwon showcased his skills in rapping, dancing, and singing, capturing the attention of both the judges and the audience. His leadership qualities and stage presence led him to be chosen as the leader of the final debut group, ENHYPEN.
ENHYPEN officially debuted on November 30, 2020, with their extended play (EP) titled "BORDER: DAY ONE," featuring the title track "Given-Taken." The group's concept combines fantasy and reality, and they are known for their powerful performances, captivating visuals, and versatile talents.
Jungwon, as the leader and main rapper of ENHYPEN, takes on a significant role in guiding the group both on and off the stage. His leadership skills, determination, and artistic abilities contribute to the group's overall dynamics and success.
And what really sealed the deal or what made me idolize him even more is that he is the most active member of ENHYPEN on weverse. I would sometimes just open my phone to 500+ notifications from Jungwon just answering other engenes (fandom name). And recently he was invited to a Korean talk show. They were talking about how divorces affect kids and how they will develop relationships in the future. Jungwon voiced his opinion and experiences very beautifully and he didn't sugarcoat anything. He was even holding in his tears.
And that's the person I idolize, Thank you for your attention! เซฎ หถแต แต แตหถ แ
